    The telephone service through corporate is absolutely PATHETIC! On hold for 35 minutes now. How does a company that makes this much money treat their customers with such DISDAIN. Soon to be an EX-TD CANADA TRUST customer. They don't deserve your business!

    Friendly and proffessional staff.. Cozy building as well.. Slightly small but I think its enough as it wont get that busy there

    THE ONLY REASON I LIKE THIS BANK IS BECAUSE ITS GREEN!! I LIKE THE COLOR GREEN AND SO DOES MY FRIEND VIVIAN I THINK!

    Just incompetent staff. Went in for a loan and got misinformation from two different people. Then had issues with an account that was easily figured out at a different branch. Switching to a new bank, it's been five years too long with this. Bad customer service and even worse account services. I always left feeling more confused then when I went in, and that's rediculus. I get clearer information at any other branch or bank. This one is awful. Spare yourself the stress and frustration.

    Never had a problem at this branch. Staff are the best! They have come through for me on multiple occasions where other branchs fail.
